People who get you
Women who don't need you to explain why you're tired. Because they're tired too.
150 women who crash like you, figuring it out together —
with data, science, and doctors who won’t dismiss you
It's a community of 150 women fighting for their energy: what drains it, what crashes it, and how to get it back. Here's what makes it different.
Women who don't need you to explain why you're tired. Because they're tired too.
Not 'your labs are normal' or 'have you tried yoga.' A physician who reads your group's data twice a week and takes it seriously.
Everyone's testing something different: tracking it and sharing what happened. What takes years alone takes weeks together.
The first community that puts matched peers, experiments, and a physician in one room. It's new because nothing like it existed.
The research is clear: who you're grouped with changes everything
In a study of 710 people, matched groups changed habits 3x faster than random ones
In chronic conditions, matched groups saw 12% improvement. Random groups saw zero.
Nobody's put profile-matched peers, doctors, and data together for chronic conditions. Until now.
79 studies, 24,000 people. It works, and the effects last up to 2 years.
Based on peer-reviewed research and clinical studies of structured peer support programs
You've been dismissed, doubted, or told it's all in your head. And you're done with that.
We've spent 10 years studying how bodies work. Here's what we brought to the table.
16 million users tracking their health daily
Peer-reviewed research on stress, recovery, and ANS patterns
10 years of HRV and health data analysis
Half our users have chronic conditions. They asked for this. We built it.
Your feedback will directly shape Welltory for millions of people like you
For years we built for healthy people, while millions of you were using the app just to survive your day.
When I saw that, I pulled our best people into a room and said: fix this. Build for the people who actually need us. Not a feature but a completely different approach.
This is it.

patterns from 150 matched profiles and the latest research
A sample week. Most members spend 10–15 minutes a day: some days more, some days zero. Your energy sets the pace.
When 150 women with your profile track the same thing, you stop guessing and start knowing.
One person tries magnesium and wonders if it worked. 150 try it — and you see the pattern. That’s the difference between years of trial and error and weeks of real answers.

They design the experiments and make sure the science is right
This is a research community, and you’re a co-author of it. Everyone here knows what they’re looking at.
Every experiment you run, every pattern you share moves the science forward.
And when things get more complex, we bring in a network of trusted medical advisors.
Keeps the space safe, the conversations useful, and the noise out. Shares group insights and keeps the experiments moving.
MDs specializing in chronic conditions. Read your group's data, answer questions, and won’t ever tell you to just ‘move more.’
Finds patterns you can’t see alone and turns 150 women’s data into answers
You talk directly to the people building the Welltory app, and your feedback becomes features. And features you ask for get built for millions.
No. Energy Lab is a research community with medical guidance — not a clinic. We don't diagnose or prescribe. Our physicians read your group's data, share patterns, and help you ask better questions, but treatment stays with your own doctor.
You don't need one. Many of our members have been bouncing between specialists for years without clear answers. The community is built around symptoms and patterns, not labels.
A private Discord server. We chose it because it makes group conversations and experiments easy to organize. We help you set it up if you've never used it before.
10–15 minutes a day on average. Some days more, some days zero. The structure is there if you want it; nobody is tracking your attendance.
Track your data with Welltory, run a weekly group experiment, ask the medical team questions, and compare patterns with the other 150 women in your cohort. Wins and fails get shared so the whole group learns faster.

Stories from Welltory users who tracked, experimented, and finally got the answers
I'm a Welltory user now, after switching to it from Samsung Health. It gives me a more accurate reading of my health by reading my heart rate variability instead of just my heart rate. It gives me a more accurate reading of my sleep. It gives me options to help my meditation and my sleep by giving me sounds to help it. It gives me so many other options. And when I am suffering from a TBI, all of that is very important to me. It is helped me recover much more than anything else that I have tried so far. And I will keep using it as long as I am able to.
I live with fibromyalgia, chronic migraines, dizziness and a lot of fatigue. The hardest part — it's totally unpredictable. One day I'm okay and the next my body hits the Nope button. I love camping, going on nature hikes and spending time with my grandchildren. But I never know how my body is gonna react. Before Welltory I was guessing like what did I even do to feel this bad? Now I can see it! Stress, recovery… When I need to slow down. It really helps me pace myself and give myself grace on the hard days. I'm still learning, but I'm finally starting to better understand my body because when your body feels unpredictable, understanding can change everything!
The problem I was dealing with before using the app: I worked overnights, and overnights come with different challenges and has a lot of impact on your body, your sleep, your stress, your just overall health. I think that's the biggest thing to take away from the app is the fact that you can track how your stress is for the day and if you should, you know, back off a little bit or if you can take on more tasks or you can do more in that day. More control in my lifestyle choices and how things are affecting me and whether they be stress or they just be my general mood or fatigue or any of that. So definitely at this point in my life, it's been a critical component to maintaining. And that's why I use Welltory.
I am a user of Welltory, and I love it. Before Welltory, I hated those numbers. I hated looking at the data. But now I realize data is so important in meeting my health goals and getting better sleep and looking at strategies to get me there to my healthiest possible self. And I would recommend it 100%. To you and to anybody who you want to be able to be healthier and stronger. Welltory does that for you. It's an excellent partner. Thank you!
I've been using Welltory since 2020. Before I started using the app, I often felt stressed and exhausted, but I didn't really understand what was happening with my body. The Welltory helped me see the clear connection between stress, sleep, work and recovery. For example, recently I've been going through a very stressful period at work. And one morning I checked the app and saw how clearly my HRV and stress levels reflected what I was going through. That was the moment I realized how powerful the data is. It's like heaven, it is a tiny scientist in my pocket, who quietly observes my nervous systems and helps me understand what's really happening inside my body. My biggest insight is that your body often shows the effect of stress before your mind even notices it.
