FAQ

Is this medical treatment?

No. Energy Lab is a research community with medical guidance — not a clinic. We don't diagnose or prescribe. Our physicians read your group's data, share patterns, and help you ask better questions, but treatment stays with your own doctor.

What if I don't have a diagnosis?

You don't need one. Many of our members have been bouncing between specialists for years without clear answers. The community is built around symptoms and patterns, not labels.

What platform is the community on?

A private Discord server. We chose it because it makes group conversations and experiments easy to organize. We help you set it up if you've never used it before.

What's the time commitment?

10–15 minutes a day on average. Some days more, some days zero. The structure is there if you want it; nobody is tracking your attendance.

What will I do there exactly?

Track your data with Welltory, run a weekly group experiment, ask the medical team questions, and compare patterns with the other 150 women in your cohort. Wins and fails get shared so the whole group learns faster.

Can I cancel?

Is my data private?

It is helped me recover much more than anything else

When your body feels unpredictable, understanding can change everything

I live with fibromyalgia, chronic migraines, dizziness and a lot of fatigue. The hardest part — it's totally unpredictable. One day I'm okay and the next my body hits the Nope button. I love camping, going on nature hikes and spending time with my grandchildren. But I never know how my body is gonna react. Before Welltory I was guessing like what did I even do to feel this bad?
